Each unit of the mini air chiller utilizes a renowned branded hermetic-scroll compressor, ensuring high cooling performance, low noise, and low electricity consumption.
We offer a comprehensive product lineup, with portable air chillers available in a cooling capacity range of 7kw to 40kw, with various configurations to suit your process applications.
The mini air chiller is designed with a built-in large volume stainless steel reservoir and a stainless steel water pump. It also offers options for single or dual pumps for primary and secondary cooling requirements.
The Air Cooled Condenser used in the mini air chiller is designed with a heavy-duty construction for efficient heat transfer. It features seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into aluminum fins, ensuring permanent metal-to-metal contact. The chiller is also equipped with a direct-drive propeller fan to minimize noise levels.
The evaporator of the mini air chiller is made of a stainless steel plate-type heat exchanger, ensuring high efficiency and a long-lasting service life.
The mini air chiller is equipped with complete protection devices, including compressor overheating protection, high and low-pressure alarms, water level switch, water flow switch, and a Dryer Filter/Moisture Indicator.
