Pre-sale service

• Ruidong will deliver complete engineering design solutions by thoroughly comprehending the needs of our customers and providing them with the specifications and conceptual design drawings of our products.
• Ruidong will designate qualified technicians and service personnel to timely communicate with customers regarding technologies. Based on the performance of the product and the customer's budget, we work closely with customers to serve them by providing appropriate refrigeration equipment and technical support.
• Our efforts focus on drawings review, product supervision, inspection and acceptance, to ensure that the job is carried out in an effective way prior to delivery.
• Ruidong can respond quickly within 2 hours, with multiple communication methods in multiple languages.

On-purchase service

• After the contract is signed, we will compile relevant technical agreements and supplement, improve and refine it based on buyer's technical specifications. We will attach the technical agreement to the order contract once the buyer approves.
• After the signing of the technical agreement, we will submit a standard inventory of the design, manufacture, assembly, installation, adjustment, acceptance, test, operation and maintenance of equipment to buyers within the shortest possible time.
• For the buyer selected whole set of equipment relevant to contract, we will initiatively provide technical specifications and materials that satisfy device interface requirements.

After-sale service

• Provide regular updates on the status of order tracking, and real-time pictures or videos can be offered as per request;
• Provide online technical support for installation and commissioning, if necessary, paid service for on-site commissioning can be offered;
• Warranty: 18 months from the shipping date. If there is a quality problem during the warranty period, we will send replacement parts free of charge according to the customer's requirements and relevant videos and pictures, and the cost of the replacement parts and labor charges will not be included in next order;
