Product Description
Ruidong's air handling systems are compact, flexible, aesthetically pleasing, reliable, energy-efficient, quiet, easy to install and maintain, and more. Our components (such as regulators, electrical cabinets, sensors, sluice gates, etc.) are fully integrated, allowing us to offer a wide range of ready-to-install options that can be adapted to complex setups. We specialize in sensitive environments and can provide the most suitable equipment for your needs. Our air-handling cabinets can handle up to a 28,000m3/h airflow and can operate in "100% recycled," "100% fresh air," or "fresh air + recycled" modes.
Features of Horizontal and Vertical Cabinet Air Handling Unit (AHU)：
（1）Fans and motors
Adopt high-quality low-noise motor and low-speed but big air flow rate fans, which are with quiet operation, low noise, stable and reliable performance.
（2）Filters
Our units are equipped with a primary nylon mesh filter at the inlet, along with various optional filtering and sterilization devices such as aluminum mesh filters, electronic purification, and photo catalysts. Additionally, our specially designed plate filter can be easily extracted from multiple directions, making maintenance and cleaning hassle-free, which makes it perfect for compact spaces.
（3）Double-skin Panel
The insulation materials are the 25mm thick polyurethane high-pressure foam panel owning excellent insulation and acoustic effects, not absorbing water and capable of effectively preventing cold bridges.
（4）Heat exchanger
The heat exchanger is made of high-quality air-conditioning copper hydrophilic aluminum foil corrugated sheet via mechanical expansion, ensuring close cooperation between copper pipes and fins, bringing small wind resistance and good heat transfer performance, and providing a reliable guarantee for efficient operation of the unit.
（5）Application：
Our Air Handling Units Air Conditioners have a unique structure that allows for convenient and flexible layout options, making them suitable for a wide range of applications such as shopping malls, hotels, restaurants, conference rooms, and theaters. They serve as an essential component of centralized air conditioning systems. Additionally, our units can be equipped with a control cabinet that offers various functions such as variable air volume, constant air volume, building automation networking, and automatic protection, tailored to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
