Project overview: This project constructs a scientific research center building with three floors underground and nine floors above ground, with a building height of 45 meters. The total construction area of the project is 44812.3 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 26666.6 square meters, and the underground construction area is 18145.7 square meters. This project adopts the fan coil unit plus fresh air system, the air conditioning refrigerant is 7~12°C chilled water, the cold source is provided by the chiller, and the chiller is located on the roof of the building.
