The Ruidong RWK Series rooftop packaged air conditioning units are a comprehensive HVAC solution designed specifically for medium- to large-sized commercial and industrial spaces. With cooling capacities ranging from 140 kW to 280 kW (approximately 40 to 80 tons), this series includes four standard models that integrate all functions—including cooling, heating, air distribution, humidification, air purification, and electrical controls—into a single cabinet structure. The units are designed for rooftop installation, making full use of unused space without occupying valuable interior floor area.
This series is suitable for the following types of large spaces:
Large commercial venues such as shopping malls, supermarkets, and movie theaters
Industrial plants, workshops, and warehouses
Office buildings, hospitals, schools, and hotels
Public facilities such as airport terminals and exhibition centers
The complete series covers a cooling capacity range of 18 kW to 360 kW, with the RWK140 to RWK280 models serving as the core lineup, capable of precisely meeting the air conditioning needs of medium to large spaces.

Roof-mounted integrated air conditioning units are direct expansion (DX) air conditioning systems in which the condenser and evaporator are integrated into a single unit. They do not require cooling water or a cooling water system, thereby eliminating the need for cooling towers, cooling water pumps, and associated piping systems.
This product features an independent refrigeration circuit design, typically comprising one or more compressors operating in tandem. The compressors are hermetically sealed scroll compressors, characterized by smooth operation, low noise, and a long service life. The unit’s compact design makes it particularly suitable for regions with limited water resources and locations where installing water supply networks is impractical.
Airflow Directions: Supports various configurations including horizontal supply, top supply, horizontal return, top return, and side return, allowing flexible adaptation to diverse building structures and duct systems.
Customizable Modules: Additional modules such as air distribution sections, medium-efficiency filtration sections, sound attenuation sections, and air discharge sections can be added as needed to meet higher requirements for air uniformity, cleanliness, and noise levels.

All components are pre-assembled on a unified base. Refrigerant charging and comprehensive unit testing are completed before shipment. Upon arrival at the site, the unit is ready to operate after simply connecting the power supply and ductwork, significantly shortening the construction timeline.
Traditional chillers require cooling towers, cooling water pumps, and complex piping systems. In contrast, Ruidong’s rooftop integrated units utilize air-cooled heat dissipation, eliminating the need for these components and associated civil engineering work. According to industry statistics, air-cooled air conditioning systems can reduce initial investment costs by approximately 30% compared to water-cooled systems.
Five functional types × five heating methods × five humidification methods × customizable functional modules create an extremely rich array of configuration options, enabling precise matching of application requirements across different industries and environments.
Integrated with comprehensive air conditioning functions such as temperature control, humidity control, air filtration and purification, and fresh air intake, a single unit can fully regulate the indoor air environment.
The unit is installed on the roof (or ground), occupying no indoor office or production space, making it particularly suitable for buildings with limited interior space.
Key components (compressor, fan, electrical control system, etc.) can be serviced independently, and the filtration system supports periodic cleaning or replacement. The convenience of design and operation helps extend equipment lifespan and maintain optimal operating efficiency (statistics show that well-maintained units can achieve a 15–20% increase in operating efficiency).
