Product Description

Ruidong Water-cooled low-temperature chillers have been specifically developed, designed, and manufactured for various industries such as freezing, refrigeration, food processing, quick freezing, and industrial cooling. These chillers come in seven different types based on the outlet temperature of the ice water they produce: high, medium, seasonal low, sub-low, low, deep low, and ultra-low temperature. They can also be equipped with a heat recovery device and have a frozen water solution temperature range of -45℃ to 0℃. Customized non-standard units can also be provided to meet specific user requirements.

These chillers feature an efficient 5:6 patented asymmetric tooth profile, segmented or five-section air conditioning control system for precise temperature control. They incorporate high precision zero-clearance bearings and a double-layer filtration method for the oil separator to improve oil filtering efficiency. The heat exchange motor maximizes its capacity and utilizes high-efficiency silicon steel sheets and a special groove design. It also includes an internal and external omnidirectional cooling flow channel and a built-in differential pressure oil supply lubrication system for minimal vibration and low noise.
