Ruidong Group's newly launched Packaged Chilling System is an integrated cooling solution that integrates cooling, water pumps, and control functions into one unit, which can operate with just a power supply and connections for the condenser/chilled water. The system offers both air-cooled and water-cooled cooling methods to meet different environmental and customer needs.

**Core Component**:

The heart of the Packaged Cooling System is the compressor, which uses high-efficiency screw or scroll types from top brands to guarantee high performance and long-lasting reliability. You can select the type and quantity of compressors as needed. Each unit is an independent cooling circuit, allowing for flexible operation and  serve as a backup for each other.

**Prefabricated piping**:

The prefabricated piping of the Packaged Cooling System solves the problems of increased costs and construction delays in traditional chiller installations. On-site work is limited to module positioning, fixing and interface connection, which simplifies the installation process and improves construction reliability and predictability.

The integrated piping unit of the Packaged chilling system usually includes:

- Water pump

- Anti-vibration flexible joint

**Pre-wired switchgear and control devices**:

Using international brand universal switchgear, it is convenient to purchase spare parts and emergency parts. In addition, it can be customized according to customer needs. The unit provides comprehensive thermal protection and current protection starter to ensure safety.

Before leaving the factory, our electrical system will be fully wired and tested under strict quality control standards to ensure long-term stable operation even in harsh environments. Customers do not need to worry about on-site wiring or assembly of internal unit components.
