Product Overview

The RUIDONG Advanced Low-Noise Combination Air Handling Unit (CAHU) is a highly efficient, modular air handling system composed of various functional modules that can be flexibly combined. Widely used in industrial and commercial environments such as electronics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food processing, and transportation, this unit provides customized solutions for air filtration, cooling, heating, humidification, and heat recovery based on specific operational requirements. It is an ideal choice for central air conditioning systems and cleanroom air purification systems.




Key Features

1. Modular Structure, Flexible Customization

The unit consists of multiple independent air handling modules, allowing for the free combination of different functional sections—such as supply and return air sections, exhaust sections, filtration sections, heating sections, cooling coils, humidification sections, sound attenuation sections, and heat recovery sections—to meet diverse air handling requirements.

2. Double-Wall Cabinet, Superior Sealing and Insulation

The unit features a double-wall design with an outer layer of double-sided color-coated steel panels and an inner layer filled with high-density polyurethane foam insulation (density ≥ 50 kg/m³). The high-pressure molding process effectively minimizes air leakage and thermal bridging. Polyurethane foam panels with thicknesses of 25 mm and 50 mm are available, meeting Class B1 fire resistance standards and offering excellent flame-retardant properties. The panels utilize an outer frame combined with an embedded metal frame structure, secured via interlocking grooves and bolts, ensuring the structural integrity of the entire unit.

3. Low-Noise Operation

The double-wall structure provides excellent sound insulation. Combined with a vibration-isolating flexible connection design, it effectively reduces operational noise and vibration, making it suitable for use in environments with strict low-noise requirements. The fan utilizes high-precision ball bearings, ensuring low noise and a long service life; the motor shaft undergoes tempering and surface anti-corrosion treatment to ensure long-term operational reliability.

4. High Efficiency and Energy Savings

The unit is equipped with a high-performance heat exchanger (featuring high-quality copper tubes and hydrophilic aluminum fins, combined with advanced tube expansion technology) and a high-efficiency motor, significantly improving heat exchange efficiency and achieving energy savings. An optional heat recovery section is available to further reduce system operating energy consumption.

5. Versatile Configurations and High Adaptability

The unit features a flexible design that can be configured in various layouts—including straight-through, L-shaped, and Z-shaped—to meet specific application requirements and spatial constraints, ensuring optimal air distribution and space utilization.

6. Anti-Condensation Design

The unit features a thermal bridge-free design and polyurethane foam insulation to effectively prevent thermal bridging. The integrated large drip pan design effectively prevents the accumulation of water droplets and condensate, eliminating the risk of leaks.

7. Easy Maintenance

The modular design facilitates delivery of the complete unit and on-site installation, while the internal structure allows for easy maintenance and component replacement. The access panels feature tool-free removal and installation, ensuring simple and quick operation.
