Product Advantages:
• Highly Integrated Design: The chiller and pump station system (including pumps, water tanks, plate heat exchangers and other components) are integrated into a single framework. Its compact structure minimizes footprint, making it ideal for installation sites with limited space.

Working Principle:
Cold Water Circulation (Chiller - Plate Heat Exchanger - Water Pump Path)
1. Chiller: Through components such as compressors, condensers, and evaporators, it consumes electrical energy to drive the cyclic phase change of refrigerants. Heat is absorbed in the evaporator to produce low-temperature cold water — for example, cooling water from room temperature to around 7°C — providing a cold source for the system.
2. Plate Heat Exchanger: The low-temperature cold water from the chiller exchanges heat here with water from another circuit (such as the user-side or hot water-related loop), transferring cold energy to it. After its temperature rises slightly, the water is pumped back to the chiller via the water pump, completing the cold water side circulation and ensuring continuous cooling supply.
3. Water Pump: Provides power for the cyclic flow of cold water between the chiller and the plate heat exchanger, enabling efficient transportation of cold water and ensuring smooth transfer of cold energy.
User-Side and Hot Water-Related Circulation (Plate Heat Exchanger - Water Pump - Water Tank - User-Side Path)
1. Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE): It receives the cooling capacity from the chiller (or may also involve heat recovery, etc., and reverses when heating is required). It exchanges heat with the water in the user-side loop, transferring cooling (or heating) capacity to the user-side circulating water.
2. Water Pump: Drives the flow of user-side circulating water. After heat exchange in the PHE, the water carrying cooling (or heating) capacity is delivered to the water tank and then distributed to the user side, providing cooling (or heating) for air conditioning terminals in the building (such as fan coils, air handling units, etc.).
3. Water Tanks (separate for cold and hot water): Serve to store and regulate water volume as well as stabilize water temperature. The cold water tank temporarily stores cold water from the PHE, which can buffer and adjust when user-side demand changes to ensure stable water supply. For hot water scenarios, the hot water tank can store hot water after heat exchange and supply it to the user side as needed for heating purposes.
4. User Side: Air conditioning terminal equipment in the building (e.g., fan coils) exchanges heat with the circulating water from the water tank, releasing cooling (or heating) capacity into the room to regulate indoor temperature and create a comfortable environment.
To summarize: The chiller produces cold, which circulates via the plate heat exchanger and pumps. The water tank stabilizes flow, enabling the user side to regulate indoor temperature and humidity for HVAC needs. For heating, the principle extends to heat recovery and heat pump cycles.
