The Air Cooled Screw Chiller produced by Ruidong is comprised of essential components for efficient operation. These components include a screw compressor, an air-cooled condenser, an ice thermal storage unit, a condenser fan, an AC control system, a refrigerant tank, expansion valves, a tube type evaporator, and protection devices.
Screw compressor is responsible for compressing the refrigerant gas, increasing its temperature and pressure before it enters the condenser.
Air-cooled condenser transfers heat from the refrigerant to the surrounding air, causing it to condense and return to a liquid state.
Condenser fan aids in the dissipation of heat from the condenser. It blows air over the condenser coils, improving the heat transfer process and ensuring efficient cooling operation.
AC control system oversees and regulates the chiller's operation. It controls various parameters such as refrigerant flow, compressor speed, condenser fan speed, and water flow to optimize performance.
