Features：
1. Water chiller scroll compressor is included in the 7-280kw model. Each compressor is equipped with both a crankcase heater and a thermal overload cut-out for improved safety and performance.
2. The water chiller system is equipped with external rotor type axial fans. These fans feature three phase direct drive motors, operate at a low noise level, have 8 poles, and are protected by an IP54 rating. Additionally, they are provided with a protective outlet grille for added safety.
The evaporator is built with a high efficiency shell and tube type heat exchanger. It comes factory insulated with flexible close cell material to enhance energy efficiency and prevent heat loss.
3. Condenser consists of seamless copper tubes that are mechanically expanded into blue hydrophilic aluminum fins. This construction facilitates efficient heat transfer and corrosion resistance.
4. Refrigerant circuit is complete with various components including charge valves, a filter drier, a sight glass, a gas-liquid separator, and a thermostatic expansion valve. The heat pump unit also includes a 4-way valve, liquid receiver, and a one way valve for effective operation.
5. Hydraulic circuit is built using galvanized pipe and includes a water discharge connection for the shell and tube heat exchanger. Flange type hydraulic connectors ensure secure and reliable connections.
6. Electric panel includes essential components such as a compressor contactor, fan motor contactor, compressor isolating switch, fan protection breaker, phase sequence relay, and a microprocessor with function display. These features contribute to the unit's automatic operation and decreased maintenance costs.
