10kW-45kW Energy-efficient Commercial Mini Type Vertical Air Cooled Scroll Chiller with Heat Pump
Ruidong's commercial mini air chillers are widely utilized in various industries, including plastics and rubber machinery, food and beverage processing, MRI machines, the laser industry, and printing.
These air cooled chillers effectively remove heat from liquids through a vapor-compression cycle, using ambient air to cool the condenser coil and expel heat to the atmosphere. The smaller air cooled chillers are equipped with scroll compressors, while the larger ones employ screw compressors that offer a variable speed drive option for improved efficiency.
Ruidong's mini air chillers are compact, energy-efficient, and designed for easy installation and operation. They are built to withstand tough industrial environments and are equipped with advanced refrigeration technology to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
1. 7-45kw Mini Commercial Scroll Air Chiller comes with a crankcase heater and a thermal overload cut-out for each compressor.
2. Our chiller is equipped with low noise 8 pole axial fans that have three-phase direct drive motors. The fans also have an IP54 protection level and include a protective outlet grille.
3. Air Cooled Scroll Water Chiller features a highly efficient shell and tube type heat exchanger. The evaporator is factory insulated with flexible close-cell material.
4. The refrigerant circuit of the chiller includes charge valves, a filter drier, a sight glass, a gas-liquid separator, a thermostatic expansion valve, and high & low pressure switches. The heat pump unit also includes a 4-way valve, a liquid receiver, and a one-way valve.
5. The hydraulic circuit is made with galvanized pipes and includes a water discharge connection for the shell and tube heat exchanger. It also has flange type hydraulic connectors.
6. The electric panel consists of a compressor contactor, a fan motor contactor, a compressor isolating switch, a fan protection breaker, a phase sequence relay, and a microprocessor with function display.
7. The reliable microprocessor system of the chiller allows for automatic operation, reducing maintenance costs.
