Product Description
Modular type air cooled chiller and heat pump, as an integrated equipment for the use of cooling and heating, is simple to install and save space. Units does not need to be equipped with cooling towers, cooling water pumps, boilers, and other auxiliary equipment, which can save materials and engineering installation costs. In addition, Units are suitable to operate in a wide range of ambient temperature, especially suitable for the lack of water sources.
Structure:
Ruidong Air Cooled Scroll Chillers has a compact construction for less space requirement and is lighter in weight. Panels and base frame of units are made from galvanized steel protected with polyester powder painting to ensure total resistance to atmospheric agents.
Compressor:
With efficient, low noise and high-performance scroll compressors. Include of models with single compressor for small capacity units and multiple compressors system for higher capacity units.
Heat exchange equipment:
With V type high heat transfer evaporators and condenser coils. Evaporators with anti-freeze heating element (option) and differential pressure switch. The condenser uses high-quality internal thread copper tubes and hydrophilic aluminum wings which is 100% fully quality tested.
Axial fan:
Propeller type condenser Fan direct driven by AC motor, low noise 6 poles, protection level IP54, provided with a protective outlet grille
Refrigerant:
Chillers are available with environment friendly R407c and R410A refrigerants.
Microcomputer Controller:
Microcomputer control system adopts electrical elements from internationally well-known brands, enabling it to operate stably and reliably at ambient temperatures of -15 °C to 65°C.
Safety Facilities:
Complete protection devices provide all-round protection to the scroll chiller, allowing for great operation safety. Protection devices include: high and low pressure protection, overload protection, ultra-low water temperature protection, anti-freezing protection, and water supply protection.
