Mushroom planting air conditioner can provide an ideal environment for the cultivation of edible mushrooms. Units are ivided into water source type, ground water source type, cooling water type, air cooled type and centralized cold and heat source unit. The air conditioner integrates several functions, including cooling, heating, air treatment and filtering. With these features, this air conditioner can facilitate the growth of edible mushrooms, such as king trumpet mushrooms, white beech mushrooms,etc..
It can be widely used in different regions and planting sites with different environmental conditions.
1. Integral air conditioning unit
The integral mushroom room air conditioner unit is divided into water-cooled type and water-ground source type. It adopts a dual-energy design scheme of compressor refrigeration and heating equipment for heating, and integrates compression condensing unit, direct steam coil, hot water coil, air filter, Several functions such as fresh air treatment and air volume adjustment can be integrated to meet the various functions required for the growth environment of edible fungi. The integrated system structure simplifies the installation and construction of the unit and facilitates daily maintenance.
2. Air-cooled air-conditioning unit
The air conditioning unit adopts air cooling method, which is suitable for areas with poor water resources. The air-cooled unit uses the heat pump principle to extract the heat in the air to heat the mushroom house, so it can realize a dual-purpose machine, cooling the mushroom house in summer and heating the mushroom house in winter. The unit can be equipped with a hot water coil, and a boiler is used for heating in winter.
3. Centralized cold and heat source unit
The centralized cold and heat source unit is provided with cold water or hot water by a group of large-scale equipment. When the mushroom house unit needs to cool down or heat up the mushroom house, it can use the cold water or hot water provided by this large-scale equipment to achieve the intended function. Investment can be reduced.
4. Control system
The PLC intelligent control unit can realize the fully automatic control of a single unit, and can also form a networked operation system to uniformly manage the operation status of all units in the same network. It is easy to operate, powerful in function and high in control precision.
(1) Able to eliminate contaminated spores to ensure a clean growth environment for mushrooms;
(2) Equipped with evaporator coil with strong cooling capacity that can bring down indoor temperatures quickly;
(3) Equipped with centrifugal fan that can move large air volume and develop high pressure. The air volume is adjustable.
(4) Equipped with high-performance airtight static pressure fan that makes up high-efficiency filter outlet, which consists of primary and secondary air filters.
(5) Equipped with heat exchanger coils that can cool down environment with refrigerants or water. This means the air conditioner can bring down environment temperatures by moving large volume of air and utilizing water from wells, rivers, lakes, and reservoirs.
Mushroom Planting Air Conditioner has a high-efficiency air filtration function, which can filter out dust particles attached by bacteria, and meet the cooling and cleanliness of the cooling room and inoculation room.
The unit can meet the air conditioning of the whole process of industrial cultivation of medium-temperature varieties such as Pleurotus eryngii, crab-flavored mushroom, Grifola frondosa, and Cordyceps militaris.
The unit can meet the air conditioning of the cultivation room of low-temperature varieties such as Flammulina velutipes and Bailing mushrooms.
