Product Description
4-way Cassette fan coils can be customized to support different sizes. They are equipped with a built-in drain pump and come with a control board panel with display and remote control. These fan coils provide a smooth and comprehensive airflow control, with the ability to adjust the vanes into 2 different groups. They operate quietly and can be connected to a ventilation system through the supply air duct. Additionally, they have the capability to connect multiple ducts to adjacent rooms, and come with a three-speed fan. These fan coils offer a wide range of additional benefits.
Cassette Fan Coil Units are attractively styled to blend with most room decors. Units are perfectly convenient for Apartments, Offices, Hospitals, Hotels, Sports Hall, Mini or Maxi Stores and other such installations whereby central plant supplies chilled water for cooling. The sleek and compact structure takes up very little space in the room.

What should you pay attention to when choosing a cassette type fan coil unit?
When selecting a cassette type fan coil unit, it is important to consider the designed preheating load and match it with the unit's sensible heat load. In most cases, the coil has sufficient latent heat capacity to meet the design requirements. If outdoor air is being used, its load and calculation formula should be adjusted accordingly, such as by considering the water temperature rise in relation to the air temperature rise.
For heating purposes, the unit's heating capacity is generally selected based on the refrigeration load, and the return heat is determined using the same water flow and the water inlet temperature to meet the indoor heating load.
When it comes to refrigeration, factors to consider include the indoor preheating refrigeration load, indoor total thermal refrigeration load, air inlet temperature, water inlet temperature, and air volume.
The second step in the selection process is to determine the unit's specifications, water volume, required water temperature, pressure drop, and other relevant parameters.
Important considerations during this step include determining whether the fan motor's bearing is oil-bearing or oil-free shaft pump, and if oil-free shaft pump is chosen, regular oil addition must be done as per regulations.
It is also crucial to clarify the left or right outlet direction of the water connection pipe of the chosen unit, as this may be related to pipeline layout and other factors.
During winter applications with hot water, it is generally recommended to keep the water temperature below 60°C to reduce scaling, minimize cold and hot alternation, weaken expansion forces on the expansion pipe, and optimize heat transfer.
In summer, attention should be paid to water insulation measures to prevent condensation and avoid damage to indoor buildings.
Lastly, it is recommended to install a vent valve at the highest part of the unit coil to allow for proper air release.
